Generation Fitness is best in class for personal training and fitness boot camps. I personally attend boot camp three times a week and have lost pounds and inches and gained strength and energy. The owner/instructor, Josh, provides an environment that is comfortable and motivating, he keeps the classes fun and stimulating by introducing new exercises and using different fitness equipment with each class. I would highly recommend Generation Fitness for ANYONE who is interested in getting fit.
If you are looking for a trainer who actually knows what he is doing then Josh is your man. I have worked with other trainers from the “chain” fitness centers and they spent more time trying to sell me products then actually training with me. If you are committed to getting results – Josh will help you achieve them. I came to Josh two months ago and weighed 160lbs. I was looking to build muscle and gain weight but have always struggled in doing that. After 2 months – I gained 20lbs of muscle and am looking great! Generation Fitness is the most affordable and enjoyable workout I have ever done. The mix of cardo and weights really make a difference and you never get bored. Josh Stanton is very professional and very concerned about making sure you are doing the excercises correctly. I am so impressed with the boot camp that I have been telling everyone I know about it. I am currently attending two classes a week and thinking about adding one more. If you want to get fit, have fun, enjoy music then this is the boot camp for you.

The workout was great – which wasn’t surprising. The professionalism of Josh and his team blew me away! I’m sure there are many places that have good programs and will help lose pounds, but I will keep coming back here because of the staff.
